Some things I really liked about this program are that: 1. The course was well structured and presented by expert faciliators. 2. The resources were rich and helpful. 3. The resources provided will help improve my skills as a parent. As to being a better co-parent, in my situation, a different course would have been better suited based on our unique situation.

This gave me a good insight of what my kids are going through with having a high conflict parent along with better ways to help them through this. I got some good advice and I understand more so about high conflict co parenting and things that I can do to try and prevent some high conflict parenting. I seen that I will do everything possible to make this work I checked most of the list.

The ideas it gave me to discuss in upcoming court to propose a better plan for my child. Ways to communicate with my child for them to be able to be comfortable to express their emotions to me. Exercises I can practice with them to stop conflict in my household.

It teaches you a lot of information about the different types of conflicts and the different ways of how you communicate and how to make it better. The amount of tools give you two a better relationship as co-parents.

I can tell what kind of conflict our relationship has and get to know how to go about. I've learned how to avoid triggers, the grief stages, how to help children deal with trauma; I'm confident about moving ahead, planning. I have learned a lot, thank you!

I learned about parallel parenting. Much of the early part applied to people with recent break ups which doesn’t apply to me. It did have co-parenting info that was helpful.

I liked learning about the stages and feeling really good that I was following the stages well. Also, I've learned that while a kid's needs are important in a parent plan, it's actually a families' needs that are the top priority.

I liked how well the videos were clear in communicating and understanding of the topic at hand. It stuck to the topic for a long period of time and asked a bunch of questions and made me write down thoughts, rather than just the multiple choice so it made me pay more attention to my answers and to the information I was being presented.

I really liked the videos and the way they portrayed the pain that goes along with separation and divorce. I also liked that it was realistic, especially when the kids were talking, this put things into perspective.
