I really appreciate it the structure, the focus on the accountability, and how it pushed me to reflect honestly on my patterns. I also really appreciate it having increased my vocabulary and discussing these issues. It all helped me connect the dots between my triggers and my behavior and continues to serve me in couples therapy.
