It just put everything in perspective on how you should be as a person, co-parent and a father at the same time. I’m really glad I went through this class because it opened up my eyes on certain situations my daughter can be going through. It will help me in the future, know what to do in certain situations and make me a better person in life over all.

It gave me a better understanding of exactly how I feel or who I am. Which in all honesty I wasn't happy at first. After taking this course I've seen to be a lot calmer now know the rightful techniques of how to handle situations of conflict. I'm able to be a better father. Even so my kids are noticing changes.

I loved how many resources and how much information was clearly explained and provided to help with not only coparenting conflict, but this program also provided a lot of great detail and information on how these issues have a big effect on not only the child, but yourself and the people around you. This class helped me recognize where my co-parent and I go wrong every time. The tools the program provided to help fix this conflict, problems or issues were amazing tools that anyone can incorporate In their day to day life as well.

I really liked how there was real live scenarios. The live scenarios added a visual type of learning to the program. The journaling at first was frustrating and took me for ever, but ended up helping making what I learned stick. I took more out of the parenting plan then I thought I could.

I took from it that I can communicate with my ex and stay focused about what we are communicating about. I'm really hoping that we can have better communication in the end about our girls. I am also hopeful he will get some help so that we can extend the parenting time but I have no control over that. I do realize the importance and presence of their dad and his family in the girls' lives, I do just hope that this can all move forward and the move to Texas happens so that my family can ALSO be of huge support for the girls and to myself.
